Construction has officially begun on the Bonny Consulate Building, a diplomatic facility on Bonny Island, Rivers State, designed by PrimeTech’s Architecture Department in collaboration with the company’s Structural and Infrastructural teams.
The project brings together PrimeTech’s full in-house capability, architectural design, structural engineering, and site infrastructure, coordinated through Building Information Modelling (BIM) to keep every discipline working from a single, up-to-date model as the design moves into construction. It adds to a growing portfolio of institutional and civic buildings across Nigeria’s coastal and riverine regions, an area where PrimeTech’s engineers have particular experience navigating challenging site and soil conditions.
Progress updates on the Bonny Consulate Building will be shared here as construction continues.
