The construction of the Port-Harcourt Specialised Hospital has improved the healthcare system of River State as well as contribute to the advancement of the healthcare sector in Nigeria.
The main hospital has an estimated GFA of 3016 m2 with a constant floor height of 3.64m. The main hospital building was designed, utilising flat slab and bored pile foundation.
Ancillary buildings like powerhouse, water treatment facility, waste treatment facility, doctors quarters and radiotherapy bunker buried in the ground were all designed by PrimeTech’s Structural Department.
