The building design references the old Bonny Consulate Building, which was the seat of British colonial administration in 1897. It houses Bonny FM Radio Station, office of the King of Bonny, a library, museum, café, movie hall, seminar/exhibition hall, souvenir shop and ancillary offices.
PrimeTech’s scope of services include, concept design proposals, preliminary design, tender design, detailed (construction) design, and development of Bills of Quantity for the works. Its Structural team designed the building as a flat slab structure on slab raft, while the MEP team covered the lighting, earthing and lightning protection, multimedia, HVAC, fire detection and suppression, as well as sanitary services.
