Project Management Services brings tailored, integrated project management to PrimeTech’s design and engineering work, built on processes and systems aligned to each discipline.
The department is not a design unit. It exists to coordinate the technical disciplines in-house, manage designs, and work closely with clients over the entire life cycle of a project, including during construction.
This demonstrates PrimeTech’s holistic approach to client satisfaction through the delivery of well thought out and carefully planned design and engineering solutions that are powered by clinically engineered processes in project planning and management.
Through coordinated planning, collaborative workflows and detailed technical reviews, the department identifies challenges early, reduces rework and improves project efficiency and accuracy. Building Information Modelling (BIM) keeps every discipline working from one coordinated model, and 5D BIM collaboration links project time and cost to the design for more consistent and seamless delivery.
The department also supports clients in the selection, ongoing assessment and management of third parties, further expanding PrimeTech’s capacity to deliver complex projects from concept to completion.
