The scope included detailed design of a multi-modal facility in Calabar, Nigeria.
PrimeTech’s team of architects developed the conceptual, preliminary, detailed and final design for the facility’s Training and Administration Complex, Welfare Building, Energy Centre, and associated facilities. They worked in harness with Julius Berger International on the value engineering and detailed design services.
Also, PrimeTech’s Structural Department designed all ancillary structures for the project, which include water treatment building, power house, diesel tanks and compressed gasses buildings.
The facility now serve multiple GE business units.
